World Suicide Prevention Day takes place on 10 September 2025.

This year’s global theme, set by the International Association for Suicide Prevention (IASP), is “Changing the Narrative on Suicide”, with a clear and powerful call to action: “Start the Conversation.”

Suicide is still the biggest killer of people aged 35 and under in the UK. Yet stigma and silence continue to stop too many from getting the help they need.

This #WSPD, we’re speaking out, sharing hope, and showing that no one has to face their struggles alone.
